A: Due to hygiene and the nature of jewelry, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Q: Are your pieces waterproof or tarnish-resistant?
A: Many of our pieces are made with stainless steel or 18K gold plating, which are more durable than traditional fashion jewelry. However, to keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding water and storing them in a dry place.

A: Absolutely! All orders come in our signature packaging, ready to gift. If you'd like to include a personal message, just leave a note at checkout.

A: Yes! While we don’t handmake jewelry, we do accept custom order requests if you have a specific style, theme, or look in mind. A: Custom order requests typically take 2 to 3 weeks to process and ship, depending on the piece and vendor availability. We’ll provide an estimated timeline once we confirm your request. If you need something by a certain date, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
